Look at Nokia X3. It has very good features & its 3.2MP camera takes quality snaps. Also, it runs on S40 os so you can additional install applications like dictionary etc.

If you need all features with in your budget then pls go for Nokia many are available like 5130 and Supernova these old model but very good like camera and also you can install third party software’s as you mentioned dictionary. Recently nokia launched another mobile is X3 is very good with 3.2 mega pixel camera very smart phone..
In micromax and maxx and karbon these aer good phones these comes with dual siim mode but no such camera quality and no connectivity

Your phone is locked to AT&T. If you use it outside of the US, the international roaming fees will bankrupt you. The cheapest way to use the phone is to unlock it and use a local prepaid sim card. Unfortunately, neither AT&T nor Apple will unlock it. Depending on the model you have and the OS on the phone, you may be able to jailbreak and unlock it. Basically, you may be able to hack it. you can use your same sim card with at&t but it will be to expensive so you can unlock it but then you well stop the warranty
buy a new one some counties give a free iphone when you buy a good data plan
