How To Unlock The Sim Card Without Pin No.?

I have sigmatel FXD 3tti mobile phone, in that SIM2 is lock, and to open the same mobile asking the PIN NO. Now I don’t know the PIN NO as it is China Mobile,
Kindly let me know, if you have any idea, about how to unlock the SIM card without PIN NO.

    You can (depending on your carrier) probably go to your carrier’s website and it should be easy from there.
